If you’re one of our clients or have been on one of our fantastic SEO courses you’ll know the importance we put on Meta Page Titles. These are the first thing that Google looks at to decide what that particular page on your website is about.
During seminars that we’ve run, we’ve often looked at websites who’s Home Page Title says simply “Home” and likewise who’s Products page says “Products”, this type of scenario is a big no no!
Google have just confirmed the same on their blog, not amazing news for those of you already involved with marketing your website properly but just a little reminder to those who’d Home Page still says Home to Google!!
