The first thing you need to check is whether you have a Google Places listing set up or not and fortunately checking is really simple. Just go to Google, login and have  a look at your list of Google products, have a look at the  screen shot below and you can see where we’ve highlighted Google Places

If you haven’t got it listed just click on ‘More Products’ and follow the onscreen instructions to set it up, if it is already set up, click on it and you should be greeted with a screen that looks like the following

and we’ve highlighted where you need to click to either view your listing or where you can edit your listing.

Once you’ve set it up and optimised it (as long as you do it correctly – if you need any help let us know) you should get a nice prominent listing like our clients, example below.
